Raeburn Training is a company that offers a range of Health and Safety training courses, as well as key areas of relevant business support.  The company is based in Kirkcaldy, Fife, and supports clients both in the local area as well as across the whole of the UK.  We deliver courses on a vast range of topics and work in partnership with candidates, businesses and organisations across a wide range of industries, whilst also specialising in construction industry training. Our health and safety courses range from introduction to management level, equipment and plant operations, first aid and specialist courses…the list is ever growing!  For clients that require more support , we also can manage their training plans, help them access training funding, provide Health and Safety consultancy and develop employability academies.

Having run a business for many years, we found it difficult to find the right training, at the right time, in the right location. Raeburn Training was created to deliver a customer focused training service, finding solutions for our clients – the business is a unique hybrid of a training company as well as training broker – we really do put the client first in sourcing a training solutions whether it is one of our internal courses or working with our network of instructors and external training companies.

CITB Funding

Construction companies are supported by the Construction Industry Training Board who promote and financially support training.  Once registered with the CITB it can be a daunting process of knowing how to maximise the financial support available given the number of funding options. The skills and training fund is an annual source of funding, which supports the business aims and training needs for the year.
